Hvilke opplysninger lagres?
Spillet lagrer fremgangen din kun lokalt på enheten din: mynter, nivå, oppdrag, cup-resultater, bilene og designene dine, banene du lager selv og innstillinger (språk, lyd og styring). Velger du tilt-styring, leses telefonens bevegelsessensor lokalt for å styre bilen, men dette lagres og sendes ikke. Disse opplysningene sendes ikke til oss eller til andre.
Hva samler vi inn?
Vi (A H E Handel AS) mottar ikke personopplysninger om deg. Spillet har ingen brukerkonto og ingen egne analyseverktøy, og selve spillet kan spilles uten internett. Appen bruker to tjenester fra andre, beskrevet under.
Reklame (Google AdMob)
Gratisversjonen av appen viser reklame fra Google AdMob mellom løp, og frivillige reklamer du selv velger å se for ekstra mynter. Google kan samle inn enhetens reklame-ID, IP-adresse (grov plassering) og informasjon om hvordan reklamen vises, for å levere og måle reklame og hindre misbruk. Personlig tilpasset reklame vises bare hvis du samtykker. På iPhone spør appen om tillatelse til sporing (App Tracking Transparency), og i EØS vises et samtykkeskjema. Kjøp i appen (RevenueCat)
Kjøp av reklamefri versjon og mynter behandles av Apple App Store eller Google Play. Vi bruker RevenueCat til å bekrefte kjøp. Tjenesten mottar en anonym kjøps-ID og kvitteringen, ikke navn eller betalingskort. Les mer: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Nettleserversjonen
På rally.jive.no vises bare testreklame og testkjøp. Ingenting sendes til reklame- eller betalingstjenester, og ingen penger trekkes.
Deling av baner
Banekoder lages på enheten din. De sendes bare hvis du selv kopierer og deler dem, for eksempel i en melding.
Barn
Spillet er ikke rettet spesielt mot barn under 13 år, og vi samler ikke bevisst inn opplysninger om barn.
Sletting
Du sletter alle data ved å avinstallere appen eller tømme nettleserdata for nettstedet.

What is stored?
The game stores your progress only locally on your device: coins, level, missions, cup results, your cars and designs, the tracks you build and settings (language, sound and controls). If you choose tilt steering, the phone's motion sensor is read locally to steer the car, but this is not stored or sent anywhere. This information is not sent to us or to anyone else.
What do we collect?
We (A H E Handel AS) do not receive personal data about you. The game has no user accounts and no analytics of our own, and the game itself can be played offline. The app uses two third-party services, described below.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of the app shows ads from Google AdMob between races, plus optional ads you choose to watch for extra coins. Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address (approximate location) and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Personalised ads are shown only with your consent. On iPhone the app asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency), and in the EEA a consent form is shown. You can change your choice under Shop → ⭐ Extras → Ad privacy. More: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
In-app purchases (RevenueCat)
Purchases of the ad-free version and coins are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases; it receives an anonymous purchase ID and the receipt, not your name or payment card. More: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Browser version
At rally.jive.no only test ads and test purchases are shown. Nothing is sent to ad or payment services and no money is charged.
Sharing tracks
Track codes are created on your device. They are only sent if you copy and share them yourself, for example in a message.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.
Deletion
You delete all data by uninstalling the app or clearing the website data in your browser.
